Ø The companywill not refund any deposit pay through Online since the deposit will

coverhotel cancellation, tour or airline ticketing or company services.

Ø All payments receive through Online to Alsakkaf Travel & ToursSDN BHD are

Deposit of the company services and the rest of the payment will becollected after

the customers arrived to Malaysia.

Ø Customers will usually pay between 20% - 30% of their travelpackages and balance

will be collected on the day of arrival to their hotels.
